This experience not only allowed her to contribute to the community but also forged enduring friendships with her colleagues. Even as they pursued different paths, the bonds endured, leading to an annual tradition of catching up and celebrating their shared experiences.<\/p><p>Her professional journey at CSH provided opportunities for growth in diverse settings, from schools to group homes. The CSH Language Early Learning Program (LELP) for preschoolers with special needs left a lasting impression on Esther. Despite organizational changes, the meaningful relationships she built with clients remained a constant source of fulfillment. Esther took pride in her role, assisting preschoolers and offering valuable guidance to parents as they prepared their children for kindergarten.<\/p><p>In more recent times, Esther&#8217;s personal story continued with the arrival of her granddaughter, Lennon, born during the COVID pandemic. Facing a slow start with speech, Lennon began speech therapy at the age of three, showing remarkable progress.<\/p><p>Reflecting on her experiences, Esther wanted to convey the importance of CSH as a safe and supportive space for both preschoolers and parents.
