
Cara Falade, M.A., CCC-SLP AAC Coordinator
Cara joined Columbus Speech & Hearing in 2020. She earned her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from The Ohio State University and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Bowling Green State University. Cara is a proud member of the National Black Speech Language Association for Speech-Language and Hearing (NBASLH).
Cara specializes in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and treating those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. She became the AAC Coordinator of CSH in 2025. Cara is passionate about collaborative, person-center care, and is committed to making every voice heard.
