We are seeking a Client Services Scheduling Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about creating a seamless, supportive experience for every client we serve.
What This Role Looks Like
This position is a perfect fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by a day filled with multitasking, problem-solving, and client interaction. You’ll be part of the front office team, managing appointment scheduling, verifying insurance, communicating with families and providers, and helping keep our clinic running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate appointments across Speech & Audiology services
- Communicate with clients, caregivers, and clinicians—both in person and by phone
- Verify insurance and obtain authorizations as needed
- Collect payments and manage outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate client records in the EMR
- Support attendance tracking, waitlist scheduling, and provider productivity
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring
- 2–3 years of healthcare scheduling experience
- Familiarity with commercial insurance, Medicaid, and managed care
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Comfort with EMR systems and multitasking between tech platforms
- A calm and professional demeanor—even when it’s busy
- HIPAA and confidentiality compliance
