Kelsey Andrews has had the pleasure of forming new connections at Columbus Speech & Hearing, as we celebrate our 100th anniversary.
Having undergone years of speech therapy since childhood, both at this center and at other practices, Kelsey recently took a significant step by adopting hearing aids for the first time. Their choice to entrust CSH for ongoing treatment speaks to their confidence in the quality of care provided.
“The reputation precedes itself,” Kelsey’s mom, Donna Andrews said of the Center. “I’ve always felt Columbus Speech & Hearing was a good resource. Being a social worker [since] the 1970s, I knew it was a good practice then and I feel it is now. We went there because I knew people got good care.”
Kelsey has Down Syndrome, and for years her hearing loss was not apparent, her mom said. Now, she received regular services with hearing aids in both ears.
“We continue to work with both her speech and her hearing aids,” Donna said. “We can get both services completed here. We appreciate the services from the hearing aid providers, and we have had good experiences with [the speech therapy team.]”
