This month’s staff spotlight is Emma Schaefer! Emma started with Columbus Speech & Hearing three years ago, and you can find her smiling face greeting clients on the first floor. In addition to being a valuable member of our client services team, Emma is an insurance specialist. She takes great pride in helping CSH clients and families get the care they need.
When asked why she joined CSH, Emma said, ” At 15, I started as a receptionist to help fill my days, and now I love the hands-on experience of helping others in any way, hear the beautiful sounds of life and communicating through words!”
Emma attends Columbus State Community College, and outside CSH you will find her with her family. She credits the closeness and encouragement of her parents and siblings as her source of grounding. Emma says, “their love and support are never failing.”
